"I believe health is about more than the absence of disease. It's about having the energy to play with your children, pursue your passions, show up fully in your relationships, and enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build."

    My Approach

That's why I use a functional medicine approach that looks beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of illness.

Rather than asking, "What medication matches this symptom?" I ask:
Why is this symptom happening in the first place?

By exploring the interconnected factors that influence health—including nutrition, metabolism, hormones, gut health, inflammation, stress, sleep, environment, and lifestyle—we can create a personalized roadmap that supports your body's natural ability to heal and thrive.

    My Story

Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping people achieve better health—not just treating disease after it develops.

My background in both nursing and public health shaped the way I see healthcare. While conventional medicine plays an important role, I became increasingly interested in understanding why chronic illness develops and what we can do to prevent it.

That curiosity led me to functional medicine, where I found an evidence-based framework that aligned with what I had always believed: every person's health story is unique, and lasting healing requires looking at the whole picture.

Today, I combine my clinical experience, advanced education, and functional medicine training to help patients uncover the underlying factors affecting their health and create sustainable strategies for long-term wellness.
